waiting for my spinach to kick in ... really
What I really want, or so I tell myself, is to be excited about everything to do with vegetables. Everything from selecting seeds to forgetting to water the plants to purchasing and overcooking them.
What I really want, if I am honest with myself, is for a pastry truck to back up to my front door and be full of calorie, guilt, and carb free pastries that are finger licking good.
I have a feeling that neither one of them is going to happen.
I don't have a green thumb.
I need a recipe to boil water.
And even the dog doesn't really want to eat any veggies I've ever cooked.
I have discovered something called a Green Julius ... think an Orange Julius that is constantly celebrating St. Patrick's Day (because it is a glorious green). No sugar high, but no crash. If you drink a double batch, no need to eat for the rest of the day!

Been missing you so much, Lisa. I hope you're ok. I'm trying to figure out if my blender would make this...I'm so tired of eating. (Sounds strange, doesn't it.)
Hope you are well. I'm thinking about you.
