Two or three years ago, I stumbled into some family negatives ...
These days we are so impressed with the pixel counts our cameras capture. We feel like no one has ever been able to get better resolution.
The below negative - merely scanned with a middle of the road scanner - was taken some time in the 1920s ... the original print is long since gone.
The 'positive' has remarkable detail and texture.
What is old is new again ... even in story telling.
