double meaning?

I know there is National Pie Day ... I know a lot of people look for double meanings ...
I also know that I won't remember to look up National Pie Day's actual date to post this ...

Is it me, or is there an irony in the kind of pie from this 1969 article?

Too funny you evil woman. LOL.

Oh, when you're turning me into Snoopy, please don't forget the scarf flying in the wind.

Hugs.

Hunter,

May coconut or banana cream pies find you safe, well, and on top of the doghouse typing furiously with wind in your fur - whipping the scarf but never harming your vision!

Robin,

I have never made a chiffon pie ... pumpkin is my specialty (and a good thing since it is my favorite) ... As a kid, I had no idea that pie was seasonal ... I mean pumpkin came in cans at the grocery all year round, so why not?

My aunt loved Peanut Butter Pie ... to the point she horded it. It became the stuff of legends. Kate, her pie pan, a spoon, and a look that would have wilted even a practiced and polished politician!
